Terminal City Roller Girls Derby Weekend!

We've loved the Terminal City Roller Girls ever since some of their All-Stars did a photoshoot in our shirts when we first launched. This weekend catch all the roller derby action you can handle with two nights of hard hits at Minoru Arena.

Friday, July 11th catch the Terminal City All-Stars, one of the hottest teams at the moment currently ranked 25th in the world, take on the Houston Roller Derby All-Stars at 8:00pm.

Saturday, July 12th it's all about the TCRG house teams. Reigning champions, the Riot Girls, will be facing the Faster Pussycats to see who will take home the coveted league trophy, the Mercury Shield, in the second game of the night. Public Frenemy will go up against the Bad Reputations for third place during the first game. Doors open at 5:00pm and the first game starts at 6:00pm.

Tickets for single nights are $15 in advance and $20 at the door for adults. You can buy tickets to both days events for $25 in advance and $30 at the door on Friday, July 11th. Kids 6-12 are $10, and kids under five get in free! Advance tickets are available online at terminalcitytickets.com

There is a strong mutual love between Vancouver, we love you and the Terminal City Roller Girls. They're awesome, we're awesome (we think?), and we all know how to have fun. We also love seeing them rock our Vancouver, we love you shirts on and off their skates!

If you've yet to experience the excitement of watching roller derby live, your last chance to see it in Vancouver this season is coming up on September 8th at the Terminal City Roller Girls final championship. All four house teams battle it out that night, with the Bad Reputation and Faster Pussycats vying for the coveted first place title. Lucky for you, we're giving away a pair of tickets to take in all the action! It's easy, just visit our Facebook page, "like" us and share our TCRG Contest post with your other Facebook friends. CONTEST - Win A Pair Of Tickets To See The Terminal City Roller Girls!

It's roller derby season again and we're proud to support our friends and allies the Terminal City Roller Girls! This Saturday, June 9th, the TCRG All-Stars battle the Rat City Rollergirls in a match that should definitely not be missed. Having just made the biggest ranking jump ever in WFTDA history, our own TCRG All-Stars are currently ranked 16th in the WFTDA West region! The Rat City Rollergirls are ranked 5th. The final outcome of this match will have serious consequences for rankings of both teams. This will be the best roller derby bout Vancouver has ever witnessed… don't miss out. The night is also a double header with the Faster Pussycats taking on the Riot Girls. So much derby awesomeness! If you're planning on checking it out make sure to wear your Vancouver, we love you shirt to show your home team support!

Win Tickets To The Terminal City Roller Girls Championship!

We have been extremely happy to support the Terminal City Roller Girls over the past few months, and are glad to have them as one of our strongest allies. We've had the pleasure of featuring them in one of our photo shoots, and they showed their love for our city by wearing our special edition RED shirts as their uniform for at a recent away tournament! (Which, we should also mention they dominated and won. We like to think our shirts helped, just a bit. Even if only to make them look great while winning.)

The TCRG girls are awesome, and if you've ever experienced a roller derby bout then you know the game is not only physically challenging but also very strategic…. and super fun to watch! This Saturday, September 10th is the TCRG Season 5 Championship featuring the Faster Pussycats and Public Frenemy battling for the title. This is your last chance to catch some roller derby action for a while so mark your calendars and check out one of the fastest growing sports. The evening will also see the Bad Reputations take on the Riot Girls for third place.

Terminal City Roller Girls Love Vancouver, and Giveaways!

If you haven't guessed it already, we love having fun. The great thing about Vancouver, we love you is that is allows us to work with other people that like having fun too. We've been able to partner with awesome community events, concerts, schools, people, and now... some of the very talented Terminal City Roller Girls! We took advantage of the sunny weekend and grabbed some shots of them showing off Vancouver, we love you along the seawall.
