Cheap Things To Do In Vancouver In March!

Here it is friends - our monthly listing of fun, cheap things to do around Vancouver during the month of March. Check them out, wear your Vancouver, we love you shirt, and send us some photos!

March 1 - Justin Beiber's 18th Birthday!
No official Vancouver events are planned to celebrate the momentous day (yet!), but feel free to plan your own party and celebrate the Beibs. And please, don't forget to send us photos if you do.

March 3 - Reason To Care Art Re-Sale and Auction!
Looking for some art? Want to support a good cause? Look no further than this event! Held at the Heritage Hall (3102 Main St.) from 9am - 9:30pm the Reason To Care Art Re-Sale and Auction will feature original and pre-loved art for every budget as well as music, refreshments, and a live painting demonstration and auction during the evening reception. This great event will raise funds for the BC Association for Community Living.

March 13 - An Evening With Fred Penner!
Anyone that grew up watching and listening to Fred Penner should get excited about this event. Come see your childhood hero live at The Pit Pub at UBC. Show begins at 9:30pm and tickets can be purchased in advance at Outpost (UBC SUB) or here. Noted - this show is not a family event. 19+.

March 17 - Vancouver Retro Gaming Expo!
Gamers! We like to keep you informed of events you'll love - here's another one for ya. The Vancouver Retro Gaming Expo marks the first of many Vancouver Retro Gaming Expo events. The day promises vendors, gaming, tournaments, panels, a charity auction, costumes, a DJ, and "a little nerd burlesque in the evening." Tickets are $15 and can be purchased here or at Gamedeals Video Games.

March 29 - Dine Out For Life
You love to eat. You love to do good. Here's another opportunity for a beautiful pairing of the two. Dine Out For Life is BC's largest restaurant fundraiser, benefiting A Loving Spoonful and Friends For Life. Over 250 local restaurants will contribute 25% of their sales on March 29th to support people living with HIV/AIDS. Help these restaurants help others and plan to eat out that night.

If you are planning an upcoming event feel free to email us and let us know. We're always looking to partner with great events and organizations around Vancouver.
