Vancouver Is The Most Expensive City In North America!

It's usually a great thing when Vancouver is voted number one for something, but most Vancouverites probably wouldn't agree when the award is 'most expensive city.' It's true though; Vancouver has been named the most expensive city in North America, beating out the likes of Los Angeles and New York City.


According to a Global BC article, The price of a standard Vancouver condominium has risen 5.1 per cent to $513,500. The average priced home in Vancouver is now 11.2 times the average family income.
