Vancouver, we love you... Theme Song?

This video was sent to us from a supporter who found it and thought it could be used as our project's theme song. Upon serious review we think this song (and video) are on the fringes of being absolutely epic. We also observed that there were a number of costume changes in it, but no Vancouver, we love you shirt in any shot! Ligia, we love you and your enthusiastic love for Vancouver. Any time you want to do a video wearing our shirt... just get in touch.

Vancouver, we love you and Andrew Belle

This post has very little to do with tshirts, but in a roundabout sort of way it does. It also has a lot to do with getting something awesome for free, which everyone enjoys. I'm a big fan of Andrew Belle, and right now one of my favorite websites, Noisetrade, is giving away Andrew's album The Ladder for free. Yep, FREE until Friday. So we here at Vancouver, we love you highly recommend that you take a visit over there and get a copy while you can. And remember a few months ago when Katie Herzig wore one of our Vancouver tshirts on stage while performing with Mat Kearney? Well, she's also a friend of Andrews and is featured on the song "Static Waves" on The Ladder, thus our tie in with this all. Video below for your enjoyment, sadly no Vancouver tshirt can be seen in any shot. 

Ode To The Silver Bullet

The LoneRaynger a.k.a. Raymond Connell, is a South African beatboxer and international touring musician. This summer he brought his unique live performance to Canada and fell in love with Vancouver. He also had his tour van catch on fire and destroy most of his personal belongings. This is a video he created in it's honour. It also features our shirt. If you like quirky songs and are a fan of Flight Of The Conchords, this video will make your day.

Model Shirts

Vancouver photographer Lindsay Neufeld recently did a photo shoot and our shirt happened to make it in a couple of shots! We think it looks pretty good in front of the lens, it's a natural beauty. The main subject of the shoot was local sound designer/artist, Francis Hooper. He looks pretty good as well. 

Here's what Lindsay had to say about why she loves Vancouver:  

"Originally being from Calgary, what do I enjoy about Vancouver the most? The ocean along with the oh so very mild weather of course. My favourite spot in Vancouver has to be at Second Beach along the sea wall."
